What Information Do We Collect?

What We Do With The Information We Collect

ACT Training Services and its sister company, Camptys Foundation, are charitable organisations operating entirely not-for-profit. Therefore, we will never use your data and information commercially, nor will we sell it or share it with third parties.

We use information about you for three primary purposes: (1) To provide evidence to funders of the respective programmes (2) To provide you with information, communications, and products you may require via purchasing or as gifts. (3) To comply with legal obligations. (4) to measure and improve our service to you.

How We Keep Your Information Safe

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers, and we use strict procedures and security features to keep your data safe and prevent unauthorised access. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password, which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide Echo services to you and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. This is also the case for anyone who shares your information and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information, and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can’t identify you.

Our Policy on Children’s Information

ACT is for use primarily by people aged 18 and over. Therefore, we do not process personal information belonging to or about children. However, in our Pocket Learner portfolio, we may hold photos of children using the system.  In those cases, permission is granted by those in charge, and every effort is made to protect their identity.

Your Options

You have options about the information that we have about you described below. To exercise these options, please get in touch with us via our online form or email to As a client of ACT, you can:

•Have your information corrected or deleted.

•Object to us processing your information. In addition, you can ask us to stop using your information, including when we use it to send you email communications.
